Indictment of Patrick Hester, Peter McHugh and Patrick Tully, for the murder of Alexander W. Rea. The defendants were jointly indicted on the 7th of February 1877. From a careful examination of the voluminous record that has been brought up, it is manifest that no effort was spared to secure an accurate and just result.
