This was a bill in equity to obtain specific performance of an alleged contract of the defendant to con.vey land. The contract declared upon was signed on the 21st day of April," 1890, in the name of the defendant, by one Hagan, for himself and one Wiser, under the firm name of Hagan & Wiser, as her agents. The question in the case is of the authority of the agents to sign such contract.
