CRAWFORD, Judge:

This was a joint trial by a general court-martial panel of officers and enlisted mem*364bers1 at Naval Base, Philadelphia, involving three accused.2

Contrary to his pleas, Harry Mayhugh was convicted of conspiracy to commit an assault, breach of the peace, and assault and battery (2 specifications), in contravention of Articles 81, 116, and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 916, and 928, respectively. The convening authority approved Mayhugh’s sentence of confinement and partial forfeitures for 6 months and reduction to the lowest enlisted…
