This is a discrimination dispute with claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), N.Y. Exec. Law § 290 et seq., and the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), Admin. Code §§ 8-107(1), (6), against defendants Adecco USA, Inc. (“Adecco”), Savoy Capital, Inc.
