This is an appeal from a judgment of the Appellate Division, 35 N. J. Super. 367, which affirmed a judgment of the Superior Court, Chancery Division, dismissing the complaint of the appellant in which she sought a declaratory judgment with respect to her marital status and her present relationship with the respondent, Untermann.
An appeal was taken in this case pursuant to R. R. 1:2-1(a) and also an application was made for certification pursuant to R. R. 1:10-2(d) which we have granted.
