Appellant brought this action to quiet his title to a tract of land in the SW¼ NW¼ of Section 14, Township North, Range 12 West in Pulaski 'County described by a metes and bounds description. He claimed title by a quitclaim deed dated February 26, 1962, from the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Company, alleging a claim of title from T. P. Blunt and wife, M. J. (or M. A.) Blunt.
