This case was the subject of the decision in Sandoz Chemical Works, Inc. v. United States, 40 Cust. Ct. 42, C. D. 1956, and is presently before us by reason of the granting of defendant’s motion for a rehearing, 40 Cust. Ct. 517, Abstract 61815.
