During the probate of the estate of William B. Moe (Moe), the district judge at a de novo hearing reversed the district magistrate judge’s denial of the claim of Ida Turner (Turner) against the estate and ordered specific performance of an agreement between the deceased and Ida Turner for services rendered during Moe’s lifetime. William W. Moe, administrator of the estate, appealed the district judge’s decision.
