Farm Properties Holdings, LLC (“Appellant”) appeals the trial court’s amended judgment, following a non-jury trial, in favor of Lower Grassy Creek Cemetery, Inc. (“Respondent”). Appellant had filed a petition in ejectment to prevent Respondent and its members from using and possessing an established road across Appellant’s property in order to access Respondent’s private cemetery.
