When unusual new circumstances are brought to the attention of an appellate court in the course of a parent’s appeal from a judgment declaring a child to be free from the parent’s custody and control (Civ. Code, § 2321), should the appellate court consider the changed circumstances, *140or is its consideration of the appeal limited to the evidence which was available to the superior court rendering the judgment?
