' The theory of the appellee’s case is that, by reason of the alleged fraudulent representations of appellants, she had the right to rescind the contract of purchase by her of the 250 shares of stock of the Novelty Co., referred to in the statement, and recover the purchase price thereof and interest from appellants; that she was deceived and defrauded by appellants from the inception of the transaction, and that her agent was induced by threats and intimidation to cancel the appellants’ guaranties set out in the statement.
