Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Schick, J), entered December 9, 2013 in Sullivan County, which denied defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
At all times relevant, plaintiff was employed as a teacher’s assistant at the Center for Discovery in Sullivan County. The Center houses, educates and assists developmentally challenged individuals, and plaintiff’s job duties included “act[ing] as a one-on-one aide to a student/resident” during recreational field trips.
