Plaintiff is here claiming from defendant a strip of ground, 50 feet in width, formerly owned by Bernard Marigny, and extending through the center of Elysian Fields avenue, in the Third district of the city of New Orleans.
The question of ownership of that strip was incidentally referred to by us in a suit sounding in damages by the Pontchartrain R. Co. v. City of New Orleans, 27 La.
