AMENDED ORDER

Comes now the Court, sua sponte, pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9024 and issues this corrected Order as a substitute for the Order entered in error on October 23, 2006.
On June 27, 2005, Rodney Cameron Beene and Jacquelyn Suzanne Beene (“Debtors”) filed a voluntary petition for relief under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
