Vanderlip v. Barnes

The defendant Barnes obtained a judgment in the district court for Lancaster county against the plaintiff Van- ' derlip upon a promissory note given for money loaned. While that action was pending the plaintiff Vanderlip brought an action against the defendant Barnes in the district court for Lancaster county to recover damages for the alleged alienation of the affections of the wife df the plaintiff Yanderlip.
