Certiorari to review an order of the Minnesota tax commission.

A writ of certiorari directed to the members and secretary of the Minnesota tax commission issued out of this court on September 8, 1938, in response to the petition of Cephas Swanson and Gust Wid-holm, freeholders, citizens, and taxpayers in the city of Minneapolis.
