REGISTER, Chief Judge.
This action was commenced by the filing of a complaint on July 13, 1964, whereby the Plaintiff seeks to recover money damages for injury to certain personal property owned by her, such damage and injury allegedly resulting from the negligent operation of aircraft flown by officers of the United States Air Force. The gist of Plaintiff’s claim is that said officers operated their aircraft in such a careless and negligent manner *165as to cause a “sonic boom”, thereby resulting in the injury and damage described in the complaint.
