Petitioner-Appellant Maria Styke (Styke) appeals from the “Order Dissolving Temporary Restraining Order for Protection” (Dissolution Order) that was entered by the Family Court of the Second Circuit (family court) 1 on May 3, 2007. The Dissolution Order dissolved a ninety-day temporary restraining order for protection (TRO) that was entered against Respondenb-Appellee Bruce Anthony Sotelo, Jr. (Sotelo) on April 2, 2007.
