This is a bill in equity by the trustees under the fourth clause of the second codicil of the will of Joseph W. Martin, late of the town of Warren, Rhode Island, deceased, for the construction of certain language in said fourth clause concerning the appointment of a new trustee and for instructions relative to such appointment.
