This is an appeal on questions of law from the order of the Common Pleas Court of Franklin County sustaining the motion *237of defendants-appellees for judgment on the pleadings. The action was instituted to recover a real estate brokerage commission.

Plaintiff’s second amended petition consists of three causes of action.
