This appeal comes to this court on questions of law from a judgment for the defendant, appellee herein, rendered on the verdict of a jury upon trial in the Common Pleas Court.

The action was commenced by Thelma D. Condell to recover damages for personal injuries received by her through the claimed negligence of Donald L. Brobst.
