INTRODUCTION

This action arises out of loans WMC Mortgage LLC (“WMC”)2 made to the plaintiff, David Ossers (“Ossers”), in exchange for two separate mortgages on property in Lawrence, Massachusetts, which Ossers purchased in June 2005. This action also involves the subsequent securitization of Ossers’s mortgages and his later default.
