BYE, Circuit Judge.

The government appeals the district court’s order granting Robert Thomas Logan, Jr.’s motion to suppress evidence. We reverse and remand.

On July 18, 2000, Detective James Flynn of the Los Angeles Police Department was dispatched to Mail Box Services Plus, a commercial mail receiving agency (CMRA), in Sherman Oaks, California to investigate a suspicious package.
