This is an action against an automobile insurer for payment of personal injury protection (PIP) benefits pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:6A-4. Plaintiff, Diana Bryant, appeals from an order entered in the Law Division on April 16, 2004, granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Ohio Casualty Insurance Company *605(Ohio), for failure of plaintiff to file her complaint within the time prescribed by N.J.S.A. 39:6A-13.1a.
