MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

THIS MATTER came before the Court for a trial regarding the Complaint filed by Bemas Construction (“Plaintiff’) against David Allan Dorland, f/o/d/s Ben Do Volt Construction, LLC (“Defendant Dorland”) and Matthew Lloyd Varholdt, f/o/d/s Ben Do Volt Construction, LLC, o/d/s Clear Creek Civil, Inc.
