This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Dane County which dismissed the petition by the appellant Madison Metropolitan School District from an order of the respondent Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission (WERC) which directed the school district to comply with an arbitration award. The award was upon a grievance, filed by Madison Teachers Incorporated (MTI) against the school district and submitted to arbitration pursuant to the terms of a collective bargaining agreement.
