This wrongful death action was brought to recover the full value of the life of plaintiffs husband, who was killed when a platform boom on which he was working fell to the ground. The first count against four defendants, including Correct Manufacturing Corp., alleges that the death of plaintiffs husband was proximately caused by the joint and concurrent negligence of the defendants in the design, manufacture, testing, offering for sale and use of the platform boom.
