This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of Pembina County entered April 30, 1952, affirming two orders of the County Court of Pembina County, pertaining to the taxability, as part of the estate of James Littlejohn, deceased, of an' interest in certain United States Savings Bonds. Involved herein are two $100 Series E Bonds issued December 1942, registered in the names of James Littlejohn or Estella Littlejohn; one $500 Series E Bond issued September 1947, registered in' the names of James Littlejohn or Estella Mae Littlejohn; and one $1,000 Series.G Bond…
