OPINION

KELLER, Judge:

Quenton L. Elders, Jr. (Elders) appeals from an order of the Jefferson Circuit

*497Court denying his motion to suppress. Elders also appeals from the Jefferson Circuit Court’s judgment convicting him of one count of sodomy and/or rape in the third degree, one count of distribution of obscene matter to minors, and of being a persistent felony offender in the second degree. For the following reasons, we affirm.
