THE COURT.

This appeal is from a judgment ordering forfeiture of an automobile to the state. After decision by the District Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Three, a hearing was granted by this court in order to give further consideration to the important question of law involved. We have concluded that the opinion of the District Court of Appeal, prepared by Mr. Justice Vallée, correctly discusses and decides this question.
