— Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (George Covington, J.), rendered May 14, 1990, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of manslaughter in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and which sentenced him to an indeterminate term of 8-Vs to 25 years imprisonment and a definite term of 6 months imprisonment, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
