This was an action of interpleader by which the plaintiff, who was a warehouseman, asked that the defendants be required to inter-plead and settle their rights to 1,000 half chests of tea, which'.were on storage in the plaintiff’s warehouse, and that upon delivering the said tea to such person or persons as the court/should direct, the plaintiff be discharged from all liability to either qf the defendants.
