This appeal arises out of a judgment of final settlement of a decedent’s estate in the probate court.

The bondsman, a corporate surety, of the administrator, appealed in the dual capacity of principal and surety to the district court from a judgment of the probate court against the administrator. The guardian of three minors, beneficiaries in the will of their mother, Elsie R. Goddard, has appealed to this court from the judgment of the district court.
