This action was an equitable one in the nature of a bill of discovery brought by Lillian Stastny as plaintiff against William Tachovsky, Bessie Chab, and Elsie Kovar, individually, and Frank M. Chab.and Milo S. Stastny as special administrators of the Estate of .Alfred Tachovsky, deceased, defendants, in the district court for Saline County. The plaintiff is the sole heir-at-law of Ida D. Tachovsky, deceased, and the defendants are all the heirs as well as the personal representatives of the Estate of Alfred Tachovsky, deceased.
