POERENBARGER, JUDGE:

Eor the sole purpose of testing the sufficiency of the bill, this cause was before this Court once before, and the decision of that question is reported in 48 W. Va. at page 364. In addition to holding the bill good, this Court indicated, or rather determined, the character of the estate to which the plaintiffs are entitled, as shown by the bill, and also indicated the measure of the relief to which they are entitled.
