These actions may be considered together. The first is one brought by the widow of Thomas Fenton, deceased, for dower. The second is brought to procure the construction of his will. He died September 26, 1899, seized of premises known as 502 West One Hundred and Sixty-first street, New York, where he resided at the time of his death; of another house and lot situated on the southwest corner of Amsterdam avenue and West One Hundred and Sixty-first street, and also of two vacant lots on the northwest corner of One Hundred and Sixty-ninth street and Audubon avenue in the city of New York.
