Motions to dismiss the appeals in these cases have been made, upon the ground that the appeals could be taken only to the *355Supreme Court of the United States. The suits sought to have decrees entered declaring certain assessments and levies of special taxes against land in Kansas City, Mo., to have been illegally imposed, and declaring them to be no lien against the land of the complainants.
