These Chapter 11 eases are before the Court pursuant to a motion filed by Gene Mesh, counsel for the plaintiffs in Stoller v. Baldwin-United Corporation, et al, Civil Action No. C-1-82-1438, a securities fraud class action pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division.
