Petitioner, James C. McHale, petitions for review of an order of the State Civil Service Commission (Commission), which denied his request for a hearing and dismissed his discrimination charge. Petitioners petition for review seeks to invoke this courts original jurisdiction pursuant to 42 Pa. C. S. §761 and our appellate jurisdiction pursuant to 42 Pa. C. S. §763. In our original jurisdiction, petitioner seeks relief in the nature of mandamus. We note initially that petitioner has improperly sought to invoke our original jurisdiction.
