In this Memorandum and Order, the Court considers the Motion for Summary Judgment of Non-Infringement filed by Defendant ION Geophysical Corporation (“ION”), jointly with Defendants Fugro-Geoteam, Inc., Fugro Geoteam AS, Fugro Norway Marine Services AS, Fugro, Inc., Fugro (USA), Inc., and Fugro Geoservices, Inc.
