Dunbar v. Iowa State Bank

This is a suit upon two cashier's checks. The suit was brought in the circuit court of Buchanan county. Plaintiff had judgment and by appropriate action the defendant has brought the case here on appeal. There was an agreed statement of fact which is as follows:
