I respectfully dissent to the majority’s opinion. “It is the duty of this court to construe the evidence most strongly in support of a verdict which has been approved by the trial judge.” Associated Mutuals, Inc. v. Pope Lumber Co., 200 Ga. 487 (37 SE2d 393) (1946). In regard to the denial of a motion for directed verdict, the rule is that this Court “must affirm if there is any evidence to support the jury’s verdict, and in making this determination, we must construe the evidence in the light most favorable to the prevailing party.
