Calvin A. Mitchell Jr. and Patsy J. Mitchell (Debtors) filed for protection under Chapter 12 of the Bankruptcy Code on October 1, 1993. On January 18,1994, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) filed a claim in the amount of $12,174.01.
