The Department of Transportation, Bureau of Driver Licensing (DOT) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) which granted a motion to strike a judgment dismissing the appeal of Rober*134ta L. (Van Horn) Pulleyn (Licensee)1 from a suspension of her driving privileges pursuant to Section 1532(b) of the Vehicle Code,2 and remanded the matter to DOT with directions to correct its records to reflect that Licensee was found not guilty of the offense underlying the suspension.3
