M. L. Doebler, a private citizen, living in Woodbury county, Iowa, some time after the enactment of chapter 9S-F1 of the 1935 Code of Iowa — generally known as the Iowa Liquor Control Act — commenced this action to enjoin D. F. Caine, who operates a lunch room and beer parlor under a class “B” permit, in Sioux City, Iowa, from maintaining an alleged liquor nuisance.
