Bharara Segar, LLC (“the company”), appeals from an order of the Etowah Circuit Court (“the trial court”) denying its Rule 60(b), Ala. R. Civ. P., motion for relief from a judgment entered pursuant to an agreement between the Etowah County District Attorney, on behalf of the State of Alabama, and Subeet Arora, who purportedly was a member of the company. The judgment, pursuant to § 20-2-93, Ala. Code 1975, had condemned and forfeited to the State certain funds and property seized by the Etowah County Drug Enforcement Unit (“the ECDEU”).
