The precise question of law posed by appellant’s sole proposition of law is whether the General Assembly’s criminalization of mere private possession of materials which show minors participating or engaging in sexual activity, masturbation, or bestiality violates the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, as made applicable to the states by reason of the Fourteenth Amendment.
