Curl v. Winans

J. W. Curl and twelve other landowners in Drainage District No. 3 of the Town of Shiloh, Edgar county, Illinois, filed their petition in the circuit court of Edgar county for a writ of mandamus directed to the commissioners of said drainage district commanding them to levy an assessment sufficient to properly clean out the lower ditches of said district and to lay tile in the open ditch above the outlet of Burnham Special Drainage District.
