Lawrence S. and Cheryl Iorizzo, chapter 11 debtors, (the Iorizzos), and Bay Isle Oil Co., Inc., Larch Oil Co., Inc., Larch Resources, Inc., Page Motors, Inc. and Sans Souci Corp., chapter 11 debtors, (the five corporations), moved for reconsideration of two previous orders of this Court, dated August 18, 1983 and August 25, 1983, which authorized the retention of Harvis & Zeichner as special counsel to the Trustee for the Iorizzo estate and the five corporate estates.
