A jury convicted Nabila Mahbub of conspiring to commit healthcare fraud under 18 U.S.C. § 1349. The district court sentenced Mahbub to a below-guidelines range sentence of forty-six months in prison. ' Mahbub timely appealed. On "appeal, Mahbub contends the following: (1) the district court erred in denying Mahbub’s challenge under Batson v.
